The Project offers young people living in Tillydrone and their friends a safe non-judgmental environment to enjoy, participate and pursue activities that will enhance them individually and improve the quality of choice available, and where possible to increase educational qualifications and learning skills.
The Project is managed by a Management Committee made up of members from different groups.

Aims Of The Project.

The main aim of the project is to provide a safe, stimulating, challenging environment that will assist young people between the ages of 14-25 years to gain self-confidence, make informed choices and encourage the process of learning and participation.

We believe that this is best achieved by allowing:

1. Young people to have a direct influence over the running of the project.

2. The encouragement of initiating, organising and managing their own programme/activities with the assistance of trained staff.

3. Encourage participation by all users in decision-making.

4. The promotion of learning which directly relates to the expressed interest and needs of those attending.
